IT Project Manager

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for D&IT Project Manager.

Your duties will include: 

• selecting techniques and life cycle models based on the context of the project
• establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment
• communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
• using visual techniques for project tracking and reporting
• timeboxing and incremental deliveries
• ensuring AL governance is followed
• defining deliverables, milestones and dependencies
• applying change control and risk management processes
• owns all project risks; including time, budget, and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk. Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influences program leader
• acquiring the necessary resources and skills
• developing, selling and implementing comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment and implementation
• agreeing constraints of cost, timescales, quality and scope
• reviewing experiences and learning from current and previous projects
• managing daily activities, issue resolution and communication across Initiative Leaders
• tracking status of project deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project life-cycle and deliverables; project level risk and issue coordination & monitoring the status of projects
• ensuring the project delivery meets the demands of AL E&C expectations
• ensuring that projects are formally closed and reviewed

Requirements that must be met:

• Bachelor’s degree in management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong IT experience including project management experience or equivalent
• Experience with PM methodology
• Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
• Project management experience in global environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
• Strong leadership skills
• Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
• Very good English and Polish
