Do I have to prepare a resume to sign up for this program?

Do I have to sign an agreement with People More to become an agent?
arrow_downwardIt is up to you. For us, it is enough if we mutually agree terms via emails after receiving your registration form. If you need an agreement, we can use our agent’s agreement template.
How will I receive my commission if a deal has been signed based on my referral?
arrow_downwardTypically, we issue wired transfers to our partners every quarter representing the agreed percentage of paid invoices by referred customers.
What if the referred company will not select People More? Am I risking something?
arrow_downwardWe are professionals and understand IT business. We treat every opportunity seriously and with appropriate attention. Although we have a high success ratio, we sometimes might not be the best fit for your contact. No worries. It’s better to give more options for your referred contacts than less. The only cons for you will be no commission paid. That’s it.
What if I know about potential lead for People More but cannot be engaged/exposed officially?
