People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For a long-term project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are building a small team. Part of this team will be a MES Developer.

Your duties will include: 

  • You will work remotely in a mixed team of People More specialists and client people
  • You will work in an international environment, in English. The projects are extremely interesting and support the management of complex cyber threats
  • You will be in constant communication with the team
  • Both the client and ourselves place great emphasis on the free flow of information and support between team members. This makes the work effective and enjoyable.
  • Work in a team environment, planning, developing, and delivering MES solutions leveraging an Agile/Sprint methodology.
  • Work closely with our operations team to perform complex analysis, including planning, design, development, and testing to set up new distribution centers and configure processes to enable site-specific processes and standard network functionality.
  • Monitoring system such as MES, QMS/SCM/EMS
  • Periodic inspection and monitoring of IT equipment and server room
  • Software Maintenance and developing
  • Develop complex queries using SQL for custom MES scripts and processes.
  • Work with IT development teams to provide MES data integration with transactional middleware and related applications.
  • Perform second-level production support for MES operations, outages, process failures, etc.
  • Design and develop Advantage Architect workflows and SQL Server stored procedures.
  • Create functional and technical specifications from user requirements.
  • Develop work estimates for designs.
  • Develop high-quality and highly efficient programs.
  • Develop, document, and work with management, users, and business analysts to execute unit and system tests.
  • Support and maintain development solutions, as well as related documentation.
  • Interact with users and business analysts during development and problem-solving.
  • Deliver effective and repeatable deployment documentation.
  • Understand and actively support organizational goals and objectives.
  • You will be a very important part of the team creating high performance websites for a wide range of audiences!

Requirements that must be met:

  • Experience in MES solutions
  • Knowledge of MES, QMS/SCM/EMS
  • Experience with SQL and SQL Server
  • Experience with unit and system tests
  • Knowledge of English and Polish at B2 level or above to communicate freely with the client and the team, and ideally experience of working in international teams
  • Openness and good cooperation with the team you are joining
  • Readiness to relocate to Hungary
