People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Cloud Solutions Architect.

 

Your duties will include: 

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with advanced expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and Cloud Native technologies. In this role, you will design and implement scalable cloud solutions, translating business requirements into effective cloud architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards, optimize cloud services, and ensure seamless migration from on-premise to the cloud.

  • Design and implement cloud solutions using GCP services such as GCP Storage, Compute (Serverless), Networking, and DevOps tools.
  • Translate business and application requirements into specific cloud services while understanding the limitations and capabilities of cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business goals, cost optimization, and technical standards.
  • Lead the migration of on-premise solutions to the public cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and high efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards for the cloud environment and stay updated on new trends and solutions in cloud technology.
  • Ensure cloud architecture supports scalability, reliability, and performance while managing and optimizing cloud costs.

Requirements that must be met:

  • Advanced knowledge of GCP cloud services and solutions.
  • Expertise in Cloud Native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of system and application architecture, with the ability to design logical and physical cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud service pricing models and experience in cost optimization for infrastructure and application design.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, IT infrastructure, and databases to effectively translate application needs into cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1) for collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience in defining technical standards and leading technical teams in cloud architecture and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Artifactory, Nexus, and Prometheus.
  • Preferred: GCP certifications (CDL, ACE, PCA).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience migrating on-premise solutions to cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an interdisciplinary technical background.
