Today, we have a special reason to talk. Peoplemore has been awarded at Forbes Diamond 2026, which is a significant distinction. A high 12 position in the Małopolska region and being ranked among the top 3% of the most dynamically growing companies in Poland is a real reason to be proud. It’s confirmation that our daily work translates into real growth and a strong market position. We want to talk about what this award really means for a company like ours.
And who better to tell us about this success than Peoplemore’s CEO, Marcin Dąbrowski? Marcin, thank you for accepting the invitation. I know this is a moment full of satisfaction for you and the entire Peoplemore team. I’m counting on you to tell us not just about the numbers, but above all, about how our work culture and client approach built this success.
Tomasz Michalik: Marcin, let’s start from the beginning. When you found out about the Forbes Diamonds, what was your first reaction? And what does this award symbolize for you personally, and for Peoplemore as a whole?
Marcin Dąbrowski: Tomek, it was a truly special moment. I remember that phone call, that feeling when I heard about the award. I immediately felt immense joy and pride. It’s more than just an award- it’s tangible proof that all the hard work, all those hours, decisions, and challenges, made sense.
For me personally, it’s a clear signal that the path we’ve chosen- focusing on quality, on relationships, on people- is the right one. For Peoplemore, it’s a symbol of the trust we’ve earned in the market. It’s not just about prestige, but above all, a validation of our strategy, our effectiveness, and the fact that clients appreciate what we do. It’s like a message saying, “You’re doing it right, keep going in this direction.” When you look at the numbers, only 3% of the 8,2k companies surveyed achieved similar results, it really confirms that we’ve done a hell of a good job.
Tomasz Michalik: You talk about strategy and the right direction. I’m curious, what specific actions and strategies have driven Peoplemore’s growth in recent years, leading to such a significant award? What turned out to be key in this process?
Marcin Dąbrowski: I think several key elements contributed to this success. First and foremost, we consistently invest in our team. Our people are our greatest asset. We give them tools, training, but most importantly, the space to grow and autonomy in their actions. We believe that a satisfied and competent team is the foundation of success.
Secondly, our flexibility and ability to adapt quickly have been incredibly important. The HR market, especially in recent years, has been changing at a dizzying pace. We had to be ready to adjust our processes, introduce new solutions, and often try to stay ahead of the trends. We focus on an innovative approach to recruitment and HR consulting, looking for out-of-the-box solutions. Finally, we consistently build a brand based on trust and quality. These aren’t empty words; every project, every interaction with a client and candidate, is an opportunity for us to strengthen that trust.
Tomasz Michalik: That sounds like a solid foundation. You mentioned people and the team. I’d like to dig deeper into the topic of organizational culture now. How does Peoplemore’s culture support this business success, and what makes it stand out from the competition?
Marcin Dąbrowski: Our culture is the absolute foundation- without it, the Forbes Diamond would have been simply impossible. It’s based on collaboration, openness, and mutual respect. There’s no room for ‘silos’ or unnecessary hierarchy here; every voice is important to us. We believe in employee empowerment– we give them the space to act, make decisions, and take responsibility. This builds a sense of ownership and engagement.
Our shared values aren’t just on paper. They genuinely translate into our daily actions, into how we communicate with each other and with our clients. This creates a sense of belonging at Peoplemore, which in turn translates into motivation and efficiency. People at Peoplemore really love what they do, and it shows in their daily work.
Tomasz Michalik: That’s clear. This culture certainly translates into client relationships as well. How does Peoplemore build long-term relationships with clients, and how does that impact the company’s results? After all, they are the ones driving the business.
Marcin Dąbrowski: Exactly. We treat our clients as partners, not just customers. That ’s a key principle. I’ve written a lot about this in my books. We try to deeply understand their needs and business challenges, often going deep into their organization. It’s not just about delivering a candidate or a one-off service, but about finding the best solution that genuinely supports their long-term strategy.
We focus on proactive consulting. We don’t wait for a client to come to us with a problem. We often propose non-standard solutions ourselves, showing them new perspectives. Transparency and honesty in communication are also very important. We always tell it like it is- even if it means a hard truth. Clients appreciate this because they know they can rely on us, and that builds lasting trust and loyalty, which directly translates into repeat business and referrals.
Tomasz Michalik: There are always challenges on the road to success. Could you mention the biggest difficulties Peoplemore has faced along the way, and what the company has learned from them? What was the most valuable lesson?
Marcin Dąbrowski: Oh, there were certainly plenty of challenges. That’s for sure. One of the biggest challenges was and still is adapting to the dynamically changing labor market. Candidates’ expectations are evolving, technology is advancing, and we have to keep up, or even stay ahead of these changes. Scaling the business while maintaining high-quality services is another challenge. It’s easy to grow, but much harder to do it wisely, without losing the standards we’ve worked so hard to establish.
Maintaining a consistent culture in a rapidly growing team also required a lot of work from us. We had to make sure that new people quickly absorbed our values and felt like an integral part of Peoplemore. The most valuable lesson is probably humility and continuous learning. Even if something is working, there’s always room for improvement. This Diamond isn’t the end of the road; it’s more of a signal that we’re on the right path, but we must continue to develop and constantly question the status quo.
Tomasz Michalik: Those are very important words. If the Forbes Diamond isn’t the end, but rather a signal, then what is Peoplemore’s vision for the future after such an award?
Marcin Dąbrowski: For us, the Diamond is a huge motivation not to slow down, but quite the opposite- to speed up even more. We plan to further develop our offerings, exploring new areas in Tech. We want to leverage the potential of technology and data analytics even more, so our clients receive even more precise and effective support in recruitment and talent management. In the future, we will definitely focus more on developing our own products.
We will continue to invest in our people, in their development, and in maintaining this unique culture that is our DNA. High standards and building trust remain our priority because they are the foundation of long-term success. We want our people to make good use of the opportunities that artificial intelligence brings- both in their own development and in the development of our company. Ideally, this process will be synergistic.
Tomasz Michalik: That sounds ambitious and concrete. Marcin, to finish, what advice would you have for other entrepreneurs who dream of similar success and awards? What practical tips do you have for them, based on Peoplemore’s experience?
Marcin Dąbrowski: I think the most important thing is to focus on values and build an authentic company culture. This isn’t just an element of HR strategy; it’s the real foundation on which the entire business rests. If people believe in what they’re doing and feel part of something bigger, they can truly move mountains.
Another piece of advice: invest in people. They are the ones who make the company, they build relationships with clients, and they are the source of innovation. Give them the tools, trust, and the right space. Don’t be afraid of change and be flexible. The market is dynamic, and the ability to adapt quickly is a key competitive advantage today. And finally, maintain close relationships with your clients- listen to their needs and treat them like partners. That’s what builds loyalty and real value.
Tomasz Michalik: Marcin, thank you so much for this conversation! Congratulations to all of us on this success! I believe the Forbes Diamond is not just a dry number or a nice diploma. Above all, it’s confirmation that hard work, a clear vision, and putting people first- both on the team and among clients- simply pays off.
Peoplemore is an example of how to build a company that grows without forgetting what’s most important. This has been an inspiring lesson. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. See you soon!

Tomasz Michalik
